Viewing Your Bill in the MyAccount App


Follow these steps to view your Cox Business statements in the MyAccount app.

Note: If you have not created a profile in MyAccount, see Setting Up Your MyAccount Profile.


Sign in to the Cox Business MyAccount app using your User ID and Password.

Note: If you do not have a MyAccount profile, see Setting Up Your MyAccount Profile.


From the HOME screen, tap Billing.

From the Billing screen, complete one or both of the following actions to view statements.

  • To view your most recent billing statement, tap View Bill Details (PDF).

  • To view additional statements, under Billing Options, tap Transactions & Statements. From the Transactions & Statements screen, tap Statements and View Bill Details (PDF) for the billing statement you want to view.
