Viewing Your Bill in the MyAccount App

Solution

Follow these steps to view your Cox Business statements in the MyAccount app.

Note: If you have not created a profile in MyAccount, see Setting Up Your MyAccount Profile.

Sign in to the Cox Business MyAccount app using your User ID and Password.

Note: If you do not have a MyAccount profile, see Setting Up Your MyAccount Profile.

From the bottom of the Home screen, tap the Billing icon.

From the Billing screen, perform one or both of the following actions to view statements.

  • Under Recent Statements, tap the statement to view your most recent billing statement.
  • To view additional statements, tap View All.

    Note: Selected statements display as a PDF. You can save, print, or share the PDF from your device.
