Use the following steps to view your transaction history in the MyAccount app.
Sign in to the Cox Business MyAccount app using your User ID and Password.
Note: If you have not created a MyAccount profile, see Setting Up Your MyAccount Profile.
At the bottom of the screen, tap the Billing icon.
From the Billing screen, scroll down to Recent Transactions.
Do you wish to view the most recent transaction, or a list of transactions?
Tap View All to view transactions on the Transaction History screen.
Note: Refer to the table below for additional viewing and filtering options.

View transactions within a specific date range | Perform the following steps.

View payments only | Tap the Filter By drop-down and then select Payments. |
Clear / remove all search filters | Tap Clear. |
