Viewing System Activity With the Detection Mobile App

Solution

The following table describes the types of activity information you can view in your detection mobile app.


Activity Information Options Description
All Activity All logged events.
Alarm System was tripped causing a call to be sent to a central monitoring station.
Security System/System System was disarmed or armed in Arm Away, Arm Stay, or Arm Night mode.
Troubles
  • System Trouble events are when the Touchscreen has lost power or has a low battery.
  • Zone Trouble events are when a sensor has failed due to battery power or it has been tampered with.
Zones/Sensors An event has occurred at a non-bypassed security zone, regardless of whether the system is armed or disarmed.

View and Filter Activity Calendar

The calendar lists all activity logged by the system for the last 30 days. Only the most recent 150 activity events are listed for each day.

Follow the steps below to view and filter all of your detection system events.

Sign in to the detection mobile app.

Tap the Activity menu at the bottom of the screen.

To view by a specific date or up to 30 days in the past, tap the calendar icon on the top right corner. Tap the left arrow to view a past date.

Tap the Filter button to display options for specific type of activity.

  1. Scroll through the list between the two white horizontal lines and select a specific device. In the example below, the Zones/Sensors have been selected.
  2. Tap OK to set the filter.

To return to the All Activity view, tap the exit icon.
