Viewing Security Solutions Detection System Activity

You can view your detection system activity from your subscriber portal and your mobile app. The following table describes the types of activity information you can view.

Activity Information Description
All Activity All logged events.
Alarm The system was tripped resulting in a call to the Central Monitoring Station (CMS).
Security System/System The system was disarmed or armed in Arm Away, Arm Stay, or Arm Night mode.

System Trouble events are indicating that the touchscreen has lost power or has a low battery.

Zone Trouble events are indicating that a sensor has failed due to battery power or it has been tampered with.

Zones/Sensors An event has occurred at a non-bypassed security zone, regardless of whether the system is armed or disarmed.
