Viewing My Messages in MyAccount


Follow the steps below to view your message notifications from Cox.


Go to MyAccount.coxbusiness.com and sign in using your User ID and Password.

Note: If you have not registered a User ID, you may do so by selecting Register.


Navigate to the My Messages section and click View All Messages.

Note: The Public Beta banner indicates that there are further enhancements in development that will be launched in the future.


From the My Messages window, locate the notification you would like to review, click the link under the Notification column.

To search for a message by date, complete the following steps.

  1. Click in the Begin Date field.
  2. From the pop-up calendar, navigate to locate the correct month and year, click the Day.
  3. Repeat the process for the End Date field.
  4. Click View.

If the message failed to be delivered, you will be notified by the following methods.

  • A Message Failure icon displays on the My Messages column and requests you to validate your contact method.

  • A Message Failure message displays at the bottom of notification, indicating that one of your contact methods needs to be updated because the messsage failed to be delivered.

To download a message, complete the following steps.

  1. Click the box to check the message.
  2. Click Download PDF or CSV to download the message as a PDF or CSV document.
