Viewing Agreements and Promotions in the Cox Business MyAccount App

Use the following steps to view your service agreements and promotions in the MyAccount app.

Sign in to the Cox Business MyAccount app using your User ID and Password.

Note: If you do not have a MyAccount profile, you may register in the Cox Business MyAccount app or on the MyAccount Setup page.

From the HOME screen, tap Billing.
 

From the Billing screen, scroll down to the Billing Options section and tap View Agreements & Discounts.

From the Agreements & Discounts screen, you can view the following information.

• Under the Commercial Service Agreements section, you can view service agreement information, including the expiration date of the service agreement.
• Under the Active Promotions section, you can view promotions applied to the account.
  
  

You can tap the Info link for more details regarding the agreement or promotion.
