On October 1, 2021, the USPS will implement new service standards for First Class Mail. The new delivery process will change from three to five business days. The USPS defines First Class Mail as standard-size letters and flats.
The delivery process change may have the following impacts.
- There may be an additional two-day delay in delivery of your Cox Business bill statement.
- There may be an additional two-day delay on payments posting to your account.
In response to USPS delivery delays, we encourage you to view your Cox Business billing statement, submit payment, and manage billing preferences on the CB MyAccount App or Cox Business website. We also offer EasyPay to ensure that your payments are posted on time each month.
