The Cox Business MyAccount app provides Contact Us and Chat features that connect you to a support representative via your mobile device. Follow the steps below to learn more about the Contact Us and Chat features.
Sign in to the Cox Business MyAccount app using your User ID and Password.
Note: If you do not have a MyAccount profile, you may register in the Cox Business MyAccount app or on the MyAccount Setup page.
From the Home screen, tap the Chat icon to open and begin a chat session with the Cox Business virtual assistant.
Note: If you do not like the location of the chat icon, you can press and drag the icon to place it anywhere on the screen.
From the Chat screen, complete the following actions.
Note: The app saves your chat session, even after you tap out of this screen and return later.
To call Cox Business, tap More in the navigational menu at the bottom of the screen.
From the More screen, tap Contact Us.
On the Contact Us screen, the telephone numbers for Sales, Customer Service & Billing, Technical Support, and Automated Support are listed. Tap the telephone number to dial directly and speak with a Cox Business support representative.
