Updating Your Mailing Address in the Cox Business MyAccount App


One of the My Support features in the Cox Business MyAccount app provides you with the ability to update your mailing address for your account. Follow the steps below to update your address.


Sign in to the Cox Business MyAccount app using your User ID and Password.
Note: If you do not have a MyAccount profile, register on the MyAccount Setup page.


On the bottom menu bar of the Home screen tap the Support icon.


From the Support screen, tap Update Address.

From the Mailing Address screen, enter your new address information, tap Update.
