Updating Your Mailing Address in Cox Business Online

Solution

Follow the steps below to update your mailing address information.
 

Note: Only a Profile Administrator or a Profile Owner can update the mailing address.

Go to myaccount-business.cox.com, enter your User ID and Password, and then click Sign In.
 

Note: If you have not created an online profile with a User ID and Password, refer to Setting Up Your Online Profile.

From the Homepage, click Billing.

From the Billing Details page, click the Change Mailing Address icon.

From the Update Mailing Address pop-up window, complete the following.

  • Company Name
  • Attention Of
  • Street Address

    Note
    : Apartment / Suite / Floor is optional.

  • City
  • State
  • Zip Code

Click Change Mailing Address.
 

Result: A confirmation message displays on the page, indicating the address has been updated successfully.
