Updating Authorization Settings Online

Complete the following steps to access the Authorization Settings page to manage authorized users, your Cox PIN, and Secret Question and Answer for your Cox Business accounts.

You must be a Profile Owner (PO) to process these changes in MyAccount.

  1. From the Accounts tab, locate the account you are editing by doing one of the following.
    • Scroll down the Accounts list to locate the account you are editing.
    • Click the Search icon to locate the user by account alias, service address, or account number.
  2. Click the arrow to access the edit option.

  3. Click the Authorization Settings tab.
