Updating Authorization Settings in MyAccount

From the MyAccount Authorization Settings window, you may change your Cox PIN, edit or add Authorized Users, or add a Secret Question / Secret Answer for your Cox Business account.

You must be a Profile Owner (PO) to process these changes in MyAccount.

Follow the steps below to access the Manage Users window in MyAccount.

  1. Refer to the following steps to sign in to MyAccount.
    1. Navigate to myaccount.coxbusiness.com.
    2. Enter your User ID and Password.
  2. From the MyAccount home page, click the More button.

  3. From the drop-down menu, select Administration.

  4. From the Administration window, click Account Administration and select Account Authorization Settings.
