Signing in to the Security Solutions Detection Subscriber Portal


Follow these steps to sign in to the detection subscriber portal.

In a web browser, go to https://detection.coxbusinesssecurity.com/classic/login.jsp.

Result: The Sign In page displays.

Enter your Username and Password, then click Sign In.

Note: If you forget your username or password, click the Forgot Your Username or Password links to begin retrieving your username or resetting your password.

Failed Sign-In Attempts
If you attempt to sign in unsuccessfully five times in a row by entering the wrong username and password combination, the Sign In page blocks your access to the Subscriber Portal for 30 minutes. Even a valid username and password combination fails at that point. This is a security measure and if this happens, a message informs you that your account has been locked and that it cannot be accessed to sign in for 30 minutes.
