Sign in to Cox Business MyAccount App


Follow the steps below to sign in to the Cox Business MyAccount mobile app.


Launch the Cox Business MyAccount app from your app store.

Note: If you do not have a MyAccount profile, you may register in the Cox Business MyAccount app or on the MyAccount Setup page.


From the MyAccount sign in screen, enter your Cox Business MyAccount profile information as follows.

  1. In the User ID field, enter your Cox Business MyAccount User ID.
  2. In the Password field, enter your Cox Business MyAccount Password.
  3. Tap Sign In.

Note: Returning customers using an iPhone may sign in using Face ID or Touch ID.

If you have forgotten your password, complete the following steps to reset your password.

  1. From the Sign In screen, tap Forgot Password.

  2. From the Forgot Password screen, enter your email address in the Email field.
  3. Tap Submit.

Result: An email from Cox Business is sent to your email address containing a clickable link with instructions to reset your password.


Once you have completed the sign in, if you have multiple accounts in your profile, the Search for an account screen displays all of your accounts. Tap on the arrow for the applicable account that you want to access.

Result: The Home screen for the selected account displays.

Note: If you only have one account, your Home screen displays after you tap Sign In.
