Sharing Your Calendar Using Cox Business Webmail


Complete the following steps to share your calendar using Cox Business Webmail.


In a web browser, go to myaccount.coxbusiness.com.

  1. Enter your User ID and Password.
  2. Click Sign In.

    Note: If you do not remember your User ID or Password, or experience an issue signing in, then see Trouble Signing in on the Cox Website.

From the MyAccount home page, click Business Email.

From the top menu bar, click the calendar icon.

Complete the following steps.

  1. From My Calendars, click the settings icon of the calendar you wish to share.
  2. From the drop-down menu click Permissions / Invite people.

    Result: The Permissions for folder window displays.

Enter the names of each person you wish to share your calendar with.

  1. Click Author to set the desired access level.
  2. Click Save.

    Note: Shared calendars display under Shared calendars.
