Sharing Contacts Using Cox Business Webmail

Solution

Complete the following steps to share contacts using Cox Business Webmail.

Go to webmail.coxbusiness.com, enter your User ID and Password, and then click Log In.
 

Note: If you have not created a MyAccount profile with a User ID and Password, then refer to Setting Up Your MyAccount Profile.

From the top menu bar, click the address book icon.

Complete the following steps.

  1. From My address books, click the settings icon.

  2. From the drop-down menu, click Permissions / Invite people.

    Result: The Permissions for folder window displays.

Enter the names of each person you wish to share contacts with.

  1. Click Author to set the desired access level.
  2. Click Save.

    Note: Shared contacts display under Shared address book.
