Setting Up Your Voice Mail Greeting Using the MyAccount App

In order to set up your Voice Mail Greeting using the MyAccount app, your profile must be assigned the phone number and you must be assigned the appropriate permissions by the administrator. For more information, refer to the following.

For the best experience using the MyAccount app, make sure you regularly check for and download any available app updates.

Sign in to the MyAccount app.

Under My Services, tap Voice.

Tap Voice mail.

Under the Greetings tab, tap All Calls Greeting.



Note: Selecting Default uses a generic default message.

To record your greeting, complete the following steps.

1. Tap Record and say your greeting.
   
   
   
   
2. Once you have finished your greeting, tap Stop.
   
   
   
   
3. Tap Play to listen to your greeting.
   
   
   
   
4. Are you satisfied with your greeting?
   • If no, repeat step 5.
   • If yes, continue to the next step.

Tap Save.
