Setting Up Your Online Profile

With your Cox Business service, you have access online to manage your account, including viewing and paying your bill, configuring phone features, rebooting your equipment, and receiving help 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
 

After you have signed up for Cox Business service, a profile needs to be created. Follow the steps provided to build a profile for your account on Cox Business.com or by using the Cox Business MyAccount app.
 

Note: Be sure to have your 16-digit Cox Business account number and your Cox PIN available.
