Setting Up Your MyAccount Profile

With your Cox Business service, you have access to MyAccount which allows you to manage your account, including view and pay your bill, configure phone features, reboot your equipment, and receive help 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

After you have signed up for Cox Business service, a MyAccount profile needs to be created. Follow the steps provided to build a profile for your account on Cox Business.com or by using the Cox Business MyAccount app.

Note: Be sure to have your 16-digit Cox Business account number and your Cox PIN available.
