Setting Up MyAccount Online

Solution

With your Cox Business service, you have access to MyAccount which allows you to manage your account, including paying your bill, setting up your email, and configuring VoiceManager features.

Click No Account? Register now.
 
 Click to register

On the USER REGISTRATION window, complete all the fields that have a red asterisk.
 
Note: The Account Alias is designed to help you easily identify the account. For example, if you have a north location and a south location of the same store, one Account Alias could be North Location and the other could be South Location.

On the bottom right of the page, click Continue.
 
Result: The Profile Registration window displays.

On the Profile Registration window, verify all information is correct and then click Add New Account.
 
Results:

  • The Congratulations page displays when the account is successfully activated.
  • An email is generated to the email address that is on file for your account.

  1. Open the registration email that you received.
  2. Click the URL listed in the email to confirm registration and complete the activation process.

    Important: The account will not be confirmed if you do not click through the email.
