Selecting the Cox TV Power-On Channel

A Power-On channel is available with Cox TV. You can select the channel that displays after restoring power to the Cox TV box.

Using the Cox remote, perform the following steps to change the Power-On channel.

To access the main menu, press the blue Cox menu button.

Result: The main menu displays.

Using the arrow buttons, highlight Settings, then press SELECT.

Result: The Settings Menu displays.

Highlight Channels, then press SELECT.

Result: The middle menu options are now highlighted.

Highlight Set Power On Channel, then press SELECT.

Result: The channel options display.

Highlight the Last Channel or the channel to display when the Cox TV box is powered on.

Result: A dot displays next to the option selected.

Press EXIT to leave the menu and return to watching TV.
