Scheduling a Payment Option Online

Use the steps below to make the following payment arrangements online. For more information or assistance, contact Cox Business Customer Care.

Note: If you are subscribed to Cox Mobile, you are not eligible for the following options.

  • Schedule a future-dated payment - Prevents service interruption by scheduling a future date for payment.
  • Request an extension - Informs us you are aware of your account status and allows you to schedule a future date you are committed to making a payment.

Go to https://myaccount-business.cox.com, enter your User ID and Password, and then click Sign In.

Note: If you have not created an online profile with a User ID and Password, refer to Setting Up Your Online Profile.


From the Homepage, click the Billing Details link.

Do you have more than one account?

  • If no, then continue to the next step.
  • If yes, then from the Select an account drop-down menu, select the account to modify.

Result: The billing account information populates on the Billing Details page.


Click View Payment Arrangements.
