Scheduling a Future Dated Payment Online

Use the following steps to schedule a payment for a future date online.

• The payment is drafted from the method of payment on the scheduled date.
• The method of payment and date cannot be adjusted or cancelled once scheduled.

Note: While there is an active future dated payment, additional future dated payments cannot be scheduled.

From the Payment Arrangements window, click Schedule a future extension.

Note: If you are unable to choose this option, then you are not eligible to schedule a future payment. Choose another payment option.

From the Schedule a future payment window, select the payment month and day, and then click Continue.

Select a payment method or click Add a new payment method.

Note: Your payment amount cannot be lower than the minimum payment due.

1. Click the pencil icon to enter or edit the method and payment amount.
2. Click Continue.
   
   
   
   

Result: A summary of payment information displays.

From the Confirm page, complete the following steps.

1. Review your information for accuracy.
2. Review the Terms of Service, and then check the box.
3. Click Schedule Payment.
   
   

Result: A Final Action message displays.

Click Continue.

Note: The Back button allows you to edit your information.

Result: A success message displays. The recent payment displays in Recent Account Transactions.
