Resolve an Online Ticket in Cox Business MyAccount


If the concern submitted on a ticket has been resolved, or you no longer need assistance from a Cox Business representative, you have the ability to close the ticket yourself in MyAccount.

Follow the steps below to resolve an online ticket for account and billing issues or service trouble.


From the Tickets pop-up window, click the open ticket.

From the Ticket Details window, click Edit Ticket.

From the Edit Ticket Details window, complete the following steps.

  1. Beneath the Ticket ID, select Resolved from the drop-down menu.

  2. To send your resolved message to a Cox Business representative, click Save Ticket.
