Resetting a User's Password Online

Solution

Refer to the following steps to reset a user's password.

  • You must be a Profile Owner or Administrator to process this change in MyAccount.
  • Changing a user's MyAccount password also changes their WebMail password.

From the Account Security tab, click the Reset Password link.

From the Reset User Password? pop-up window, click Reset Password.

From the User password reset complete pop-up window, click the Copy link to provide the reset password to the user digitally.
