Replacing the IQ Glass-S Sensor Battery

The IQ Glass-S sensor requires two CR123A Lithium batteries.


Push the button on the top of the sensor and swing the cover down.

Note: This will cause the panel to beep rapidly. Tap anywhere on the screen to silence the beeping.


Remove the old CR123A Lithium batteries.


Insert the new CR123A Lithium batteries while observing polarity.


Snap the cover into place and ensure it is closed securely to avoid any tamper notifications.

Note: After replacing the battery, the system may take up to five minutes to clear the low battery warning message.
