Registering for Audio Call Recording

Solution

Follow the steps below to register for Audio Call Recording.

Go to myaccount-business.cox.com, enter your User ID and Password, and then click Sign In.
 

Note: If you have not created a MyAccount profile with a User ID and Password, see Setting Up Your MyAccount Profile.

From the Services section, click the Voice icon.

Do you have more than one account?

  • If no, then continue to the next step.
  • If yes, then from the Select an account drop-down menu, select the account to modify.

Are you a Profile Administrator or a Profile Owner changing a user's number?
  • If yes, then continue to the next step.
  • If no, then proceed to step 6 for changing your call settings.

Click the arrow to expand the User & System Management section and complete the following.

  1. Click User Feature Settings.

  2. Locate the number you are modifying and click Edit.

Click the Advanced Call Settings arrow to expand the section, and then click Manage Call Recording.

Result: The Dubber homepage displays.

From the bottom of the Dubber homepage, click Sign Up Now.

From the Get Started page, complete the following.

    1. In the Your Email field, enter your MyAccount User ID.
    2. In the Your Service Provider field, enter Cox Business.
    3. Click Submit.

      Result: A pop-up window displays asking you to confirm your service provider.

    4. Click Confirm.

From the Provider Login page, click Login.

From MyAccount, enter your User ID and Password, and then click Sign In.

Result: A successful authentication message displays.

Select from the following ACR's you want to turn on for each user.

  • Pause Resume Notifications
  • Announcements
  • Tone
  • Interval

Select from the following calling plans.

Note: If a telephone does not have an assigned user, then the first name, last name, and email columns will be blank. To add users, refer to Managing Phone Numbers in MyAccount.

Toggle the Dubber Login On to allow users to have a Dubber login.

Result: A confirmation page displays your payment information.

From the confirmation page, follow the steps below.

  1. Enter the required information in each field.

  2. Click the check box to accept terms and agreements.
  3. Click Place My Order.

Result: You will receive an email instructing you to confirm your email address within 30 days.
 

Note: If you are unable to confirm within 30 days, your registration is disabled, and you must contact Dubber to receive a duplicate email.

Click Confirm your email now or the link below to confirm your email address.

Result: The Create a Password page displays.

Follow the steps below to create your password.

  1. In the Username field, enter your username.
  2. In the Password field, enter your password.
  3. In the Verify Password field, enter your password again.
  4. Click Submit.
