Ordering Replacement TV Parts Online

Solution

Authorized users logged into their Cox Business MyAccount profile can order replacement TV parts online. Follow the steps below to order TV replacement parts.

Note: If you would like to update your authorized user settings, see Updating Authorization Settings Online.

Go to myaccount-business.cox.com, enter your User ID and Password, and then click Sign In.
 

Note: If you have not created an online profile with a User ID and Password, refer to Setting Up Your Online Profile.

From the Home page, click Add or Upgrade your Service, and complete following the steps.

  1. Click the TV card.
  2. If you want to add service to a new location, then click the Add a New Location button and complete the presented steps.
  3. If you want to add or upgrade services to an existing location, do you have more than one account?
    • If no, then click Continue.
    • If yes, then from the Select an account drop-down menu, select the account to modify, and then click Continue.

From the Order Replacement Parts section, click the TV icon.

From the Customize Your Plan page, complete the following.

  1. Locate the equipment in the provided list.
  2. Click the drop-down menu to expand the list of available equipment parts.

  3. In the qty. column, enter the number of devices you are ordering.

    Note: Click the Details link to view more information on the equipment, including the max number of devices you can order.

  4. Click Continue.
  5. Review the Order Details section, click to check the Terms & Conditions boxes, and click Submit Order.

    Note: Click the Change link to modify the order.

    Result: The Confirmation window displays providing your online order number, the services you ordered, and installation details.
