Navigating Online Tickets in Cox Business MyAccount

All of the service tickets created on your behalf through a Cox Business Support Representative are viewable in MyAccount, allowing you to interact online with a Support Representative regarding your ticket.

Follow the steps below to sign into Cox Business MyAccount to view, edit, or resolve your service tickets.

  1. Navigate to myaccount.coxbusiness.com.
  2. Enter your User ID and Password.
    • If you've received an email from Cox Business with regard to your ticket, click the View Ticket Details link in the email. After logging in, the system automatically directs you to the Ticket Details page of the open ticket referenced in the email.
    • If you do not have a Cox Business MyAccount User ID, a Profile Owner or Profile Administrator may create one for you; refer to Managing Cox Business Users Online.
  3. From the Cox Business MyAccount Home Page, in the My Account Overview section, navigate to My Support.
