Navigating Online Tickets in Cox Business MyAccount

All of the service tickets created on your behalf through a Cox Business Support Representative are viewable in MyAccount, allowing you to interact online with a Support Representative regarding your ticket.
 

Follow the steps below to sign into Cox Business MyAccount to view, edit, or resolve your service tickets.

  1. Go to Myaccount.coxbusiness.com, enter your User ID and Password, and then click Sign In. If you've received an email from Cox Business regarding your ticket, click the View Ticket Details link in the email. After logging in, the system automatically directs you to the Ticket Details page of the open ticket referenced in the email.

    Note: If you have not created a MyAccount profile with a User ID and Password, see Setting Up Your MyAccount Profile.

  2. From the Cox Business MyAccount Home Page, click the Tickets icon.

Note: You may also view your ticket history via the Cox Business MyAccount app. Refer to Reviewing Ticket History in the Cox Business MyAccount App for more information.
