Managing Users and Permissions in MyAccount

From the MyAccount Manage Users window, you may add, edit, or delete users and permissions.
 

Note: Refer to Setting up 911 Notifications to receive notifications through text message or email any time a phone number on your account dials 911.
 

Follow the steps below to access the Manage Users window in MyAccount.

Refer to the following steps to sign in to MyAccount.

  1. Navigate to myaccount.coxbusiness.com.
  2. Enter your User ID and Password.

From the MyAccount home page, click the More button.

From the drop-down menu, select Administration.

From the Administration window, click Profile Administration.

From the drop-down menu, select Manage Users.
