Managing Profile Owners in MyAccount

Go to MyAccount.coxbusiness.com and sign in using your User ID and Password.

Note: If you have not yet registered for a User ID, you may do so by selecting New to Cox Business MyAccount? Register now.

In the top right corner, select Administration.

Select Administration

Select Update Profile Owner.

Select Update Profile Owner

On the MANAGE PROFILE OWNER page, follow the steps below.
  1. From the Select New Profile Owner drop-down menu, select the profile you want to modify.
  2. Update the following fields:
    • Primary Office Number
    • Email Address

Update Phone Number and Email Address

Click Save.
