Managing Profile Owners in MyAccount

Solution

You have the ability to assign a new profile owner or make changes to the existing profile owner information in MyAccount. Follow the steps below to edit a profile owner.

Access MyAccount.coxbusiness.com and sign in using your User ID and Password.

Note: If you have not yet registered for a User ID, you may do so by selecting New to Cox Business MyAccount? Register now.

From the MyAccount home page, click the More button.

From the drop-down menu, select Administration.

From the Administration window, click Profile Administration.

From the drop-down menu, select Manage Profile Owner.

On the Manage Profile Owner page, follow the steps below.
  1. From the Select New Profile Owner drop-down menu, select the profile you want to modify.
  2. Update the following fields.
    • Primary Office Number
    • Email Address
  3. Click Save.
