Managing Paperless Billing in the Cox Business MyAccount App

Solution

Follow these steps to set up or cancel paperless billing for your Cox Business account in MyAccount app.

Sign in to the Cox Business MyAccount app using your User ID and Password.
 
Note: If you do not have a MyAccount profile, register on the MyAccount Setup page.

From the Home screen, tap in the My Billing section.

Or, in the My Support section, tap Paperless Billing.

From the Billing screen, tap Paperless Billing to manage your paperless billing settings.

From the Paperless Billing screen, tap the toggle button to ON to set up paperless billing.

From the Paperless Billing screen, if you have multiple emails associated with the account, first select the email where you want the paperless bills to be sent. Tap Save.

Complete the steps below to turn paperless billing off.

  1. From the Home screen, tap in the My Billing section.
  2. From the Billing screen, tap Paperless Billing.
  3. From the Paperless Billing screen, tap the toggle button to OFF to have the statements sent to the mailing address listed.
