Managing Mailbox Ownership in MyAccount

Solution

If you have an email address that is not mapped to an user ID, then the Manage Mailbox Ownership screen displays in MyAccount.
 

Complete the following steps to map an email address to an user ID in MyAccount.

Sign in to MyAccount.
 

Result: The Manage Mailbox Ownership screen displays.

From the MyAccount User column, select the user to map to the desired email address.

Click Save.

Delete Email Address

Complete the following steps to delete an email address.

Sign in to MyAccount.

From the Action column, select Not Needed - Delete.
