Managing E911 Addresses in MyAccount

Use the following steps to update your 911 dispatchable location for your telephone numbers and set up to receive 911-related notifications whenever a call is made to 911. See RAY BAUM Act and E911 Updates for more information about 911 regulatory requirements.

In a web browser, go to MyAccount.

On the MyAccount Sign In page, enter your User ID and Password, then click the Sign In button.

On the MyAccount homepage, click the My Services icon, then click Voice Tools.

On the Voice Tools page, click the Manage e911 Address icon.

Note: If the Manage e911 Address icon doesn't display, then your Voice service may require a subscription to National 911 to update dispatchable locations for your business. Contact us to learn more.

From the Manage E911 Address page, click one of the following options, then follow the prompts to ensure each telephone number has a dispatchable location.
