Making Your Payment in the MyAccount App

Solution

Follow these steps to make your payment in the Cox Business MyAccount app.

Sign in to the Cox Business MyAccount app using your User ID and Password.

Note: If you do not have a MyAccount profile, you may register in the Cox Business MyAccount app or on the MyAccount Setup page.

From the Home screen, tap Pay Bills.

From the Pay Now screen, complete the following actions.
 

If...Then...
You do not have a payment method set upContinue to step 4.
Your method of payment is listed
  1. Verify the source and amount.
  2. Tap Pay Now.
  3. All steps complete.

If your desired method of payment is not displayed, or you do not have a payment method on file, tap Add Payment Method.

From the Add Payment Method screen, tap to select either the Credit/Debit Card or Checking or Savings Account.

From the Add Card or Add Account screen, complete the following steps.

  1. Enter your payment information.
  2. Tap Add Payment Method.

From the Pay Now screen, verify the source and amount, tap Pay Now.
