Making a Payment in MyAccount

In MyAccount you have the ability to make a one-time payment on your Cox Business account. The following options are available when making a payment in MyAccount online or in the app.

Mobile app
  • Use an existing payment method
  • Enter a new payment method
Online
  • Use an existing payment method
  • Enter a new payment method
  • Save or print the receipt for your payment
  • Schedule a one-time payment

    Notes:
    • If a payment is past due, then only today's date is available for scheduling a payment.
    • Scheduled payments can only be made on a single account and statement. This feature is not available for multiple accounts and statements at this time.
