Listening to Voicemail in the MyAccount App


To listen to voicemail using the MyAccount app, your profile must be assigned the phone number and you must be assigned the appropriate permissions by the administrator. For more information, refer to the following.

For the best experience using the MyAccount app, make sure you regularly check for and download any available app updates.


Under My Services, tap Voice.

Tap Voicemail.

Under the Messages tab, tap the voicemail message you want to listen to.

Note: New messages that have not been listened to will be in bold font.


Tap the Play button to listen to the message.
