Initial Voice Portal Set-Up as User

Details

When you're in the office and you want to reach the Voice Portal, and the group auto-login option is enabled, dial 9999#. Use the following information to set up Voice Portal as a user.

  • When the Voice Portal Wizard is enabled at the Group Level, the Telephone User Interface (TUI) takes users through the process of setting up their passcodes and recording their names. New passcodes must be six to eight digits.
  • After the initial set-up, using Voice Portal from the end user's office phone will no longer require a passcode. In addition, when away from the office phone, the end user can dial the ten-digit external number and enter their designated passcode to begin accessing Voice Portal remotely.
