How to Read Your Cox Bill

Details

If you are interested in paying your bill online, visit MyAccount.

General Billing Information

TV, Internet, and Local Telephone Service and any features you have are billed one month in advance. If upgrades or downgrades are made to services during a billing cycle, monthly charges may be prorated based on the number of days remaining in the cycle. If services are only provided for a partial month, monthly charges may be prorated based on days of service. Long-distance, local toll charges, directory assistance, and operator-assisted calls are based on usage for that billing period. The total amount on your bill is due by the due date printed on your bill.

Summary Page

The Summary Page of your Cox Bill provides key details regarding your account right on the first page.

Note: Billing statements are sent to the customer's mailing address. To update your mailing address information, see Updating Your Mailing Address Using Cox Business MyAccount.
