Editing Users Information Online

Refer to the following steps to update user information in MyAccount.

From the Personal Info tab, click Edit.
 

Update the necessary fields for your existing user.

• First Name
• Last Name
• Phone
  
  Note: This field includes the Mobile Number option and terms.
  
  
• User ID (Email Address)
  
  Note: This field includes the option to select Set as Preferred.
  
  
• Alternate Email Address
  
  Note: This field includes the option to select Set as Preferred and the ability to add additional emails.
  
  
• Cox Business Phone and Ext

Click Save.
