Disable or Remove Rules in the Detection Subscriber Portal

Solution

Follow the steps below to disable or remove an existing rule from the detection subscriber portal.

Sign in to the detection subscriber portal.

On the My Business page, click the Rules menu.

From the Rules Detail window, select the rule you wish to modify.

Complete either of the following steps.

  1. Click the toggle to temporarily disable the rule.
  2. Click the REMOVE button to delete the rule.

If you select REMOVE, the confirmation pop-up screen displays. Tap OK.

The Removing Rule pop-up screen displays advising the rule is being removed.
