Customizing Your Portal in Cox Business Webmail

Solution

Complete the following steps to view your portal in Cox Business Webmail.

Go to webmail.coxbusiness.com, enter your User ID and Password, and then click Log In.
 

Note: If you have not created a MyAccount profile with a User ID and Password, then refer to Setting Up Your MyAccount Profile.

From your inbox, click the options portal icon, then select Portal.

Complete the following steps to add widgets to your portal page.

  1. From the right-hand corner of the portal page, click Add widget.
  2. From the drop-down menu, select the widgets you want to add.

Complete the following steps to customize your widgets.

  1. Click Customize this page.

  2. From the customize screen, select from the following options.
    • Select +Add widget to add additional widgets to your portal page.
    • Select color to change the font of the widgets of your choice.
    • Select Disable to turn off widgets.
