Customizing Your Detection Subscriber Portal

Solution

Once signed in to the Cox Business Security Solutions subscriber portal, you are on the My Business page. This is where you find your system features and devices presented in customizable tiles. The My Business page cannot be deleted but it can be customized for your preferences. You can also create custom pages.


Use the table below to customize your My Business page or add a customized page to your subscriber portal.


Customization Process
Reorder the devices or features tiles
  1. Scroll to the bottom of the My Business page.
  2. Click Edit.
  3. Select and hold the Move icon of a tile you would like to move.
  4. Drag it to the desired position on the page, and release.
  5. Click Done.
Add device or feature tiles
  1. Click Edit.
  2. From the Add to Page menu, click the + icon for the device(s) you would like to add.
  3. Click Done.
Remove device or feature tiles
  1. Click Edit.
  2. Click the X on the tiles you would like to remove.
  3. Click Done.
Create custom page
  1. From the My Business page, click the More tab and select Pages.
  2. Click the Create button to begin a new page.
  3. From the Add to Page menu, click the + icon for the devices you wish to add. Name your new Custom Page by clicking in the box with the pencil icon.
  4. Click Done.
