Creating Contacts Using Cox Business Webmail


Complete the following steps to create a new contact using Cox Business Webmail.


In a web browser, go to myaccount.coxbusiness.com.

  1. Enter your User ID and Password.
  2. Click Sign In.

    Note: If you do not remember your User ID or Password, or experience an issue signing in, then see Trouble Signing in on the Cox Website.

From the MyAccount home page, click Business Email.

From the top menu bar, click the address book icon.

Complete the following steps.

  1. From My address books, click Contacts.
  2. From the drop-down menu click New Contact, then select New Contact.

Fill in the contact details and click Save.
