Creating an Email Folder in Cox Business Webmail OX


Complete the following steps to create a new email folder in the Cox Business Webmail OX.


Complete the following steps to access your Cox Business Webmail.

  1. Open a web browser and enter https://webmail.coxbusiness.com.
  2. From the log in screen, enter your username and password.

From the email home screen, click the Inbox option icon.

Click Add new folder.

Enter the folder name and click Add.

Note: The new folder displays in your inbox tree.
