Creating an Automatic Reply in Cox Business Webmail

Solution

Complete the following steps to access and manage mail settings in Cox Business Webmail.

Go to Myaccount.coxbusiness.com, enter your User ID and Password, and then click Sign In.
 

Note: If you have not created a MyAccount profile with a User ID and Password, see Setting Up Your MyAccount Profile.

From the MyAccount home page, click Business Email.

From the top right-menu, click the Settings icon.

From the right-hand menu, select Mail.

Click Vacation notice.

  1. Enter your automatic reply information.
  2. Click Save.
