Creating a Ticket in the Cox Business MyAccount App

Solution

When you need assistance with an account or billing issue, or have problems with your service, create a ticket in the Cox Business MyAccount app to resolve the issue. Follow the steps below to create a ticket for account and billing issues or service trouble.

Sign in to the Cox Business MyAccount app using your User ID and Password.
 
Note: If you do not have a MyAccount profile, register on the MyAccount Setup page.

From the Home screen in the My Support section, tap Create Ticket.

From the Support screen, tap Create Ticket to create a ticket.

From the Create Ticket screen, select the ticket type outlined in the table below.

From the Select Service Issue screen, select the service issue you are experiencing outlined in the table below. Tap Next.

In the Describe the Problem text box, complete the following steps.

  1. Enter additional details to provide us more information about your issue.
  2. Attach any images, PDFs, or Word documents to provide examples of the issue you are having.
  3. Tap Next.

From the Confirm Contact screen, complete the following steps.

  1. Enter your Name, Phone Number, and Email Address.
  2. Tap your preferred method of contact: Email, Phone, or Both.
  3. Tap Next.

On the Review and Submit screen, check to make sure everything is correct. Tap Submit to create the ticket.

Result: A confirmation screen displays providing the ticket number. Tap Done.
