Cox Business Smart Business Gateway

The Smart Business Gateway (SBG) feature online allows you to view or manage the following features.

• WiFi username and password
• View device health
• Manage devices connected to your network
• View usage statistics
• Establish firewall settings
• Reboot your gateway
• Restore backup configuration
  
  Important: If your device is offline, then the SBG features will not be available.
  
  

Complete the following steps to access your Cox Business Smart Business Gateway settings.

1. Go to myaccount-business.cox.com, enter your User ID and Password, and then click Sign In.
   
   Note: If you have not created an online profile with a User ID and Password, refer to Setting Up Your Online Profile.
   
   
2. From the Services section, click the Internet icon.
   
   
   
   Note: If the icon does not display, then click the arrow to view other available options.
   
   
3. Do you have more than one account?
   • If no, then continue to the next step.
   • If yes, then from the Select an account drop-down menu, select the account to modify.
     
     
     
     
4. Complete the following steps.
1. From the Manage Equipment section, click the device you wish to view.
   
   
   
   
2. Click Advanced Settings.
