Cox Business MyAccount App Features


Cox Business MyAccount App is your gateway for Cox Business Internet, Cox Business VoiceManager, and Business TV on your iPhone, iPod Touch, iPad, or Android device. Cox Business MyAccount App is a free app that allows you to manage your business' billing settings, troubleshoot your equipment, and contact our support staff from your mobile device.

Note: To check for service interrupting events using the app, refer to Identifying Network Events Using the MyAccount App.

Cox Business MyAccount App Home Screen

When you log in to Cox Business MyAccount app, the MyAccount home screen displays sections that provide you with the most important information about your account and service. The table below provides examples of the different sections available on the Cox Business MyAccount app home screen.

Home Screen SectionDescription
My Bills

View your account number, the total amount due, due date, and transaction history. Tap links to make a payment and manage auto payments.

My Services

View the icons for the services on your account.

  • The screen displays up to three icons, the View More icon displays if you subscribe to more than three services.
  • Tapping the Voice icon provides you with the ability to listen to your voicemail and manage your call forwarding.
  • Tapping the Internet icon provides you with the ability to view your IP addresses.

    Note: The IP address feature is not available for fiber-based Internet customers.
My Support

From this section, you view ticket history, begin a Chat session, and contact Cox Business.

My Equipment

View a picture of each piece of equipment on your account. The connection status displays to the right of the equipment icon. The View More option allows you to perform the following tasks.

  • View equipment details
  • Rename the equipment
  • Reboot the equipment

Cox Business MyAccount Menu

Tap on the global navigation buttons displayed at the bottom of the screen to access each of the features.

Menu OptionsDescription

Displays a snapshot of your account number, services associated with the account, equipment associated with the account, the Chat icon, and support options.


Displays the account number, the total amount due, due date, and offers the following options.

  • Submit your payment
  • Manage Automatic Payments
  • Manage Paperless Billing
  • View Statements
  • View Transaction History

Provides a link to Profile Administration to Add Account.
If you have service in multiple locations, you can associate multiple accounts under one central MyAccount profile.

  • Feedback - Select to submit your feedback and provide information on how we can improve the app.
  • About the App - Displays the App Version, Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Acknowledgements.


Log in using your registered MyAccount user ID and password.

Note: If you do not have a MyAccount profile, you may register in the Cox Business MyAccount app or on the MyAccount Setup page.

  • Functionality specific to mobile phone devices, like Call Back and Send Text Message, is disabled on tablets.
  • After downloading the app, make sure you regularly run updates to ensure the best experience.
