Cox Business MyAccount App is your gateway for Cox Business Internet, Cox Business Voicemanager, and Business TV on your iPhone, iPod Touch, iPad, or Android device. Cox Business MyAccount App is a free app that allows you to manage your business' billing settings, troubleshoot your equipment, and contact our support staff from your mobile device.

When you log in to Cox Business MyAccount app, the MyAccount home screen displays sections that provide you with the most important information about your account and service. Shown below are examples of the different sections available on the Cox Business MyAccount app home screen.

|My Billing|| |
View your account number, total amount due, and due date. Tap links to make a payment and manage auto payments.
|My Services|| |
View the service category icons for services on your account. The screen displays up to three icons, tap the View More icon to view all of your services.
|My Support|| |
Create tickets, view ticket history, sign up for paperless billing, and contact Cox Business.
|My Equipment|| |
View a picture of each piece of equipment on your account. Under the equipment names, the connection status displays.
Tap on the global navigation buttons displayed at the bottom of the screen to access to each of the modules.
Displays a snapshot your account number, services associated with the account, equipment associated with the account, the Chat icon, and support options.
Displays the account number, total amount due, due date, and offers the following options.
|Support||Create tickets, view ticket history, sign up for paperless billing, view service trouble, access online Chat, contact Cox Business, and update your address.|
Log in using your registered MyAccount User ID and password. If you do not currently have a MyAccount user ID and password, you can register on the My Account Setup page.
Cox Business MyAccount app is available on the following operating systems. Click the store icon for your device below to download the app.
Note: Functionality specific to mobile phone devices, like Call Back and Send Text Message, is disabled on tablets.
