Changing Call Forwarding Features in MyAccount

Call Forwarding feature options define how calls are managed in different situations and are available based on the type of VoiceManager service package purchased. They may also be included with IP Centrex, PRI, and SIP Mobility services. Call forwarding options display in the settings pages.

Use the steps below to configure to enable Call Forwarding in VoiceManager through the MyAccount Web Portal. Check the VoiceManager User Guide for configuration options using Feature Access Codes with your telephone.

  1. Log in to MyAccount.
  2. On the MyAccount Sign In page, enter your User ID and Password, then click the Sign In button.
  3. Under the Voice tab in My Services section, click User Profile & Feature Settings.

  4. In the User Feature Settings list, click Edit next to the number you are forwarding.
  5. Click Call Settings.
  6. Click Call Forwarding.
